IRMAA (the Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount) is the extra charge added to Medicare Part B and Part D premiums for higher earners. It is confusing: it is based on your income from two years earlier, it works as a cliff, and the brackets change every year. IRMAA Hub exists to make that one thing clear. Every figure on the site is drawn from primary sources (CMS and SSA publications) and is dated with a “last verified” note. Final, official years are labeled as such; projected years (where CMS has not yet published the official numbers) are clearly labeled as estimates. The calculator and all of our guides are free to use. The site may earn a referral fee if you choose to connect with a Medicare or financial advisor through one of our partner links.
