IRMAA Hub collects as little as possible: no accounts and no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics, and the only personal information we store is an email address, and only if you ask us to send you bracket updates.
Calculator inputs: nothing. The income figures you type into the calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
Email address:only if you submit the “notify me” form. We store the address you provide so we can email you when CMS publishes official figures and, where relevant, a reminder before the Medicare enrollment window.
Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors find the site. It sets measurement cookies and collects data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. We look at aggregate reports only and do not use analytics data to identify you. The figures you type into the calculator are not sent to Google Analytics. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and Google describes its own handling in the Google Privacy Policy.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site securely. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Subscriber addresses are stored with Resend, the email service we use to send updates. We use your address only for the updates you requested. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at contact@irmaahub.com and we will remove your address.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date. This policy is effective as of August 1, 2026.
