2027 IRMAA Brackets

The 2027 standard Part B premium is $218.60 per month. IRMAA adds a surcharge once your income passes a bracket. Your 2027 surcharge is based on your income from two years prior (2025). The first cliff is at $111,000 for single filers and $222,000 for joint filers. Below are the full Part B and Part D amounts for every filing status.
